Indo-Tibetan healing is quite a widespread method among those who show a responsible approach to their health. Shakuntali Siberia, the Enlightened woman, who possesses clairvoyance, the energy of the goddess, the talent of the instant opening of predestination, spiritual growth and healing abilities, is one of the few who have the knowledge of this method and apply it successfully.

Indo-Tibetan way of healing is an ancient method that only 8 healers in the whole world are able to practice. This is the unique method that cures and destroys all the diseases, viruses and bacterias at almost all stages.
The method of healing is pure and simple. Fundamentally, it is the filling of the body with the strength and energy to cope with the disease. After the curing process is finished, the patient feels renewed at all levels: physical, mental, spiritual and energetical.

Aggravation means no harm

Shakuntali Siberia warns that it is not rare when after the Indo-Tibetan sessions the condition gets worse and the symptoms get stronger. It may take from 2 days to a week and depends on the seriousness of the disease. Shakuntali Siberia notices that there nothing to be afraid of. Your body mobilizes, and at first, this leads to the temporary worsening of the condition. Just wait a little bit, and you will experience a full recovery. To cope with unpleasant symptoms, you may use a special meditation that offers Shakuntali Siberia. Visit www.shakuntali.com to get more information.

How many sessions are required?

Basing on Shakutali Siberia’s experience, most commonly 9 sessions are required, it means 3 courses with 3 sessions in each course with a little break between courses. However, It happens quite often when even 1 course helps. Shakuntali Siberia has witnessed it during her practice.
Of course, the therapy duration depends on the age of the patient, the disease severity and other factors. In the case of life-threatening illnesses, such as cancer or chronic diseases, the curing may take 3 courses. The duration also depends on what lifestyle a person leads. If it is a more or less healthy one, then it will take fewer sessions to be cured and it would be easier to approach a full recovery. But if the person smokes, drinks alcohol and his/her diet is far from being perfect, then the energy that would be realised by the Indo-Tibetan method goes to get rid of the toxins first and only after that – to recover from the illness.
It is also important to remember that curing takes time and much energy. In the case of, for example, the cancer of the 4th stage, it may be too late. As a rule, when a person comes to the 4th stage of cancer, his/her body is so exhausted with the chemotherapy and other allopathic treatment, that it has no power for the recovery. In this case, Indo-Tibetan medicine helps to leave this world with no fear and pain.
For the same reason, Shakuntali Siberia explains, it would be the best way not to use very toxic medicines for Indo-Tibetan method could work faster and easier.

Miracles happen

Nevertheless, there is always a place for miracles and Shakuntali Siberia often witnesses when very serious diseases vanish without a trace after some sessions of Indo-Tibetan medicine. Patients with gangrene, in coma state – there is no warranty of recovery in such cases but sometimes these people can be cured too.
If it happens, it is very important to maintain the recovery and attend the curing sessions at least once a year that Shakuntali Siberia holds regularly.
Shakuntali Siberia always stresses that there is no difference whether the patient believes in the method or not. In both cases, a person can be fully cured. The main thing is the desire to recover. If for some reason a patient does not want to recover, no method would help him/her.

Our energy channels – the key to health for our entire life

We are full of energy. There are lots of energy flows in our physical and subtile body. If these channels are blocked somewhere and the energy cannot flow easily, the body responds by the sickness. There are always wonderful methods for you to recover, such as the Indo-Tibetan method, but the best way is to stay healthy. Shakuntali Siberia’s mission is to give health and happiness to women all around the world and make them the real Women of Power. She holds lots of activities every day: seminars, individual sessions, classes in her Temple School. Everything is to maintain healthy energy in your body and not to let any disease to develop.
Visit Shakuntali’s website and choose health and happiness for yourself and your family!

It’s the most wonderful time of the year… to spend too much money on gifts. It seems that with each passing year, we are expected to spend more and more money on gifts.  When did the gift of friendship get replaced with an Xbox 360 or the new air jordans? We can still keep the holidays fun without going bankrupt come January credit card bills.

If your list of people to buy for seems to be longer than the receipt you receive at CVS, here are some fun, inexpensive alternatives to your traditional Christmas gifts. The best part is, you can find many of these non-traditional gifts on discounted gift sites, like Groupon.

It’s so easy to turn on the television and get caught up in the promise of one day deals, or BOGO boots and coats, but does that really save you money? The truth is, many times, the hassle is not worth the headache associated with fighting crowds to save a few pennies on a piece of clothing.

Many people don’t know that you can actually save money on popular items from some of your favorite stores without having to change out of your pajamas. Did you know that Groupon now has something called Groupon Coupon’s? Did you also know that they have partnered with some of the biggest names in the industry to bring you the latest discounts and deals on your fashion favorites? Well, you can!

How does this work? Allow me to explain. You know how Groupon offers deals on specific items or restaurants? Well, now they do it with specific stores. So, if you are looking for deals to fill your closet, you can check out the coupon for popular department stores like Argos. If you have something more specific in mind, like maybe a new pair of running shoes, you can check out the coupon for Nike.

There are so many other options available, that you can most likely find a coupon to cover you from your head to your toe. You can always use these sites to buy holiday gifts as well, and the money you save, you can use to treat yourself. How does the saying go? One for you, two for me?

While some of us invest for purely personal reasons, many others are choosing to encounter ways to provide their family with a firm financial foundation well into the future. However, this can be quite stressful and many challenges will need to be overcome in order to enjoy a sound footing. How can you relieve some of the fiscal pressure and are there any ways to enjoy predictable returns while minimising the sense of risk that is involved? There are actually a number of options at your disposal and by appreciating these methods, you will be capable of making informed decisions without second-guessing their outcomes.

Currencies: More Than Pocket Change

Anyone who has followed the recent financial news is a way that inflation rates within the United Kingdom have reached three per cent. While the obvious downside is that the purchasing power of the pound has slipped, Forex traders have been taking advantage of such fluctuations. By pairing the value of the pound against other benchmark currencies such as the dollar and the euro, they can reap short-term financial benefits through one-off trades. This is the principle associated with Forex investments and such positions can provide your family with an extra sense of liquidity within these challenging times.

Managed Pension Funds

It is never too early to begin looking at pension plans. In the event that you pass away or become seriously ill, your family will be financially cared for. One unique option is to become involved with an investment pension scheme (sometimes referred to as a stocks-and-shares pension). As opposed to remaining within a static account, your funds will be invested across a wide spectrum of assets. As these tend to be conservative positions, the pension itself will accrue money over time. It should also be mentioned that it is often possible to withdraw these assets early in the event that a financial emergency suddenly arises. Compare and contrast the services offered by at least three different firms in order to discover the most appropriate plan.

Blue-Chip Holdings

Blue-chip stocks have always represented the backbones of many family-based financial plans. This primarily arises from their stability and the fact that the majority of companies provide predictable income in the form of quarterly dividends. For example, Apple is currently awarding dividends of $0.63 cents per share. Please note that these dividends will then be supplemented by any price increases in the future. The financial decision maker of a family will often leverage the power of dividends in order to accrue steady returns without becoming exposed to extreme levels of risk.

Individual Savings Accounts

Although it can be argued that an ISA is the most common way to secure funds for a later date, it still needs to be mentioned here. Much like certain pension plans, it is possible to employ the expertise of a wealth manager to invest the holdings within an ISA. As their salaries and commissions are partially based upon the success of their recommendations, you can remain confident that they will have your best interests in mind. It is a good idea to speak with a representative at your bank to learn whether or not this is a viable option to consider.

Family-based investing is a great way to enjoy an extra sense of liquidity into the future. These suggestions are meant to provide you with a handful of clear options to take into account. After all, there is no better way to plan ahead than by taking advantage of the opportunities at the present!

While you already do a lot of things to protect your family, you need to consider whether you have done enough when it comes to things such as insurance coverage. As a parent, there is an immense amount of pressure riding on your shoulders to make sure that you are being the best that you can be at all times. It is as though you are expected to be superhuman.

But, alas, you are not superhuman and at times you might even feel as though you are not doing enough. It’s okay – we have all been there. However, you still want to take a few moments to think about how you may need to adjust or acquire new insurance policies in order to further protect your family. With added financial protection, you will find that the stress of parenting just became a little less intense.

Auto Insurance

You may already have auto insurance, but it may not be the best coverage for your family and may be more expensive than you want it to be. Therefore, even if you are currently considered a high-risk driver or you need cheap SR22 insurance, you will want to look for a better deal. When you take the time to find more suitable auto insurance, you can get higher payouts for injuries sustained in accidents and you can even get a better deal for when your teenagers start driving.

Life Insurance

It is important to make sure that you are getting a large enough life insurance policy for both you and your spouse. Even if your spouse is a stay-at-home parent who does not financially contribute, you want to remember how important his or her role is. If your spouse were to unexpectedly pass away while you have small children, you will have to pay for daycare, as well as other things that would have normally been taken care of by your spouse. You may also want to consider obtaining small individual life insurance policies for the children. Just make sure that these are policies that the children can continue to pay for once they become legal adults, as this may help them lock in a better price for insurance that they would have had to get eventually on their own.

Home Insurance

When you are looking over your home insurance, you want to make sure that the policy has not only enough protection to rebuild or repair your home in the event of a disaster, but enough for personal belongings. While it is true that the most important things cannot be replaced with money, it will help your family deal with a crisis if they are able to replace some of the things that the lost. Even if you are a tenant and you do not own your home, you still need to protect your personal belongings. As a renter, you need to invest your money into a quality renter’s insurance policy.

Once Everything Is Planned

Once you have planned all of your financial matters that will allow you to better protect your family, you can make time to relax with your loved ones. Grab the family and spend quality time together. Remember that the financial matters are for the future, but what is the most crucial thing once those issues are set is spending time with everyone in the family. You do not want the kid to grow up realizing how much of their family time was lost because you spend all of your time working on other things, even if you had the best of intentions in your heart.

No home decoration or refurbishment in the UK, is complete without the installation of skirting boards. It kind of part of our culture here in the UK, and when we see homes outside of the UK without skirting boards, it looks strange to us and we question why they haven’t put skirting boards on. A popular choice for skirtings is MDF, which is used in the construction of lots of furniture in the UK, but many people know its name, but are not really aware of what it actually is. In this article, I will explain the properties of MDF and why it is a great choice for your skirtings in your home or office.

What Is It.

MDF represents the words, medium density fibreboard, and it is made from fibres of wood. Those pieces of wood can be made up of both hard and softwood, and then they are combined together with resin and some wax. It is then heated up and bonded together, and then we have fibreboard. When you buy MDF skirting boards, what you are looking at is MDF with a veneer on top to look like wood. You can get skirting in most wood finishes and it really looks like the real thing. If you were to try to buy the real wood, you would be looking at great expense and you might be buying wood, that just isn’t suitable for the purpose.

No Warping Or Cracking.

Because MDF skirtings in Basildon, are made from MDF and so it is a man made material, it is very unlikely to warp  or crack, due to changes in temperature and moisture in your home or office. If you were to install real wood, then that would react to changes in temperature and moisture, and it would expand and contract and move away from the wall, causing cracks and kinks. If your wood skirting moves just a little, then you will definitely be able to see the join, if two pieces are together and it will ruin the look of any room. MDF can even be used in areas where there is fairly high moisture like bathrooms and kitchens.

No Joins.

As mentioned, MDF is man-made and so it is manufactured in long sheets and in many different sizes. The MDF skirting board can also be supplied in standardised lengths, and this means that you know exactly how long it is, when you buy it. This allows you to measure your room and predict exactly where joins are going to take place. You can then hide the joins somewhere in the room, where some furniture can hide it from prying eyes. You can also get the MDF skirting cut to specifications, so that you don’t experience any joins in a standard sized room in the UK. No joins, leaves the room looking sleek and sharp.

When thinking of doing your next skirting job, have a serious look at MDF. It is very user friendly and won’t change its shape due to moisture and temperature. It looks great and it won’t cost you the earth to buy it.

Sustainable development is a term most of us are familiar with, but what exactly does it mean and what are its fundamental principles?

What is sustainable development?

Popularised in 1987 in Our Common Future, also known as the Brundtland report, by the United Nations World Commision on Environment and Development, the term refers to development that meets the needs of the present, without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.

3 Key principles

Ensuring a healthy society

Development activity should never endanger the health of existing or future communities. In fact, it should aim to safeguard health and promote personal wellbeing where possible. There are many projects that have these goals at their hearts. For example, international aid organisation Human Appeal has worked with communities in Amtola Untion, Natrakona Sadar in Bangladesh to improve access to safe drinking water and establish quality sanitation facilities in a sustainable way. This undertaking has helped to provide awareness about good hygiene practises and enabled children in schools and people in disaster-prone regions to stay as healthy as possible.

Achieving a sustainable economy

Sustainable economic development refers to efforts to create a strong, competitive economy without damaging our societies or environment. It means aiming for economic growth that makes our children and grandchildren better off too.

One way of building more robust economies is to tackle the gender gap that exists across the globe. Lack of female participation in the labour force results in a waste of talent and loss of gross domestic product. Female participation rates can be particularly low in developing countries where girls are excluded from education and barriers to employment and training exist for women. Some countries in the developing world are making headway with this issue through charity education and training initiatives. For example, a number of  Bangladeshi women from disadvantaged families received sewing and textile training from Human Appeal and were introduced to potential business partners, given start-up resources and support to become entrepreneurs. This project helped to stimulate the economy and also helped to boost the education of the women’s children.

Living within environmental limits

To develop in a sustainable way, we must recognise that natural resources, such as land, water, air, animals and vegetation, need to be managed in a way that allows them to replenish. Not managing such resources effectively can lead to adverse and sometimes irreversible effects on human wellbeing.

One way to live within environmental limits is to buy local food or grow our own. This helps to keep the environmental impact of food production to a minimum. In emergency situations, the ability to work responsibly with the resources we have available to us and grow our own food has the added benefit of helping people to survive through desperate situations and improving psychological wellbeing by giving people some control over their lives.

In the city of Aleppo in Syria, for example, extreme shortages of food and steeply rising food prices have put civilians at risk of malnutrition. Rather than simply providing aid, Human Appeal International ran a home gardening project to improve the people’s resilience. Training was provided on agricultural principles, farming and home gardening techniques and the physical practice of soil preparation, seed patterns, recognising and preventing plant diseases and cooking methods. The knowledge and skills acquired meant that people could rely on themselves and their own immediate environment in a sustainable way.

To learn more about sustainable development and its aims, refer to the United Nations website.

It just breaks my heart that my kids aren’t sleeping so well lately. I know it’s normal for children to have interrupted sleep, but it makes them so tired and grumpy in the morning. And as for us parents? We can barely function we are so tired! I’ve been looking into some ways to make sure we get a better quality of sleep to see us through this difficult time. I thought I might share some with you to see if they can be of use.

I have to admit that despite being outdoor lovers there are days when the kids stay in. I might have a lot of housework to catch up on or even some work. It doesn’t help that the schools are so safety conscious that they avoid the kids playing out on a rainy day. Still, it’s my job to make sure they are getting enough fresh air and exercise. What I didn’t realise was just how important it is for a good night of sleep.

When you are tired, you lack focus and speed of judgement. Do you really want the person driving the car behind you to be in that condition? Operating any machinery can become really dangerous if you’re not fully rested each night. That includes your domestic appliances. A lack of sleep can be responsible for irritability and mood swings too. As if teenagers weren’t bad enough!

Sleep allows the body’s cells to regenerate. It is the time that all your sensory input from the day before is carefully filed away into memories. Your body fights infections, and children’s bodies grow when they’re asleep. Without that precious sleep, you can become ill quite quickly.

The food you eat in the day can make an enormous difference to your sleep quality too. I have way too much caffeine to get through the day that might be why I struggle to fall asleep quickly in the evening. And while fruit is good for the kids, too much sugar can keep them awake too. Sometimes nuts and salad are the best things to drift off quickly.

Comfort is really important to your sleep. Us mums are always making sacrifices for the kids. Well, your bed shouldn’t be one of them. If you can’t stretch to a whole new bed, then look to mattress toppers to ensure your bed is the right level of comfort for you. Mattresses only last a handful of years before they need replacing. And a child’s bed may not last even that long.

Check your kids are comfortable and cool in their bedrooms. There shouldn’t be any light leaking in, and the temperature shouldn’t be too warm. Keep electronic devices out of the bedrooms. You should also lead by example on that one for your own sake!

Sleep is tough to get, especially when you have kids. It’s important to make sure that the sleep you are getting is high quality too. A few little lifestyle changes and checks can make a big difference. Enjoy a restful night tonight.

As early as fifty years ago, people believed women became infertile as they crossed over the magic age of thirty. Furthermore, they believed women over the age of thirty-five were considered advanced maternal age and were more likely to have children with severe deformities or mental incapacities. Even today, the medical profession considers the countless number of women pregnant at the age of thirty-five or older high risk pregnancy patients, knowing science has proven otherwise in most cases. A woman’s fertility is not necessarily determined by her age, although that plays a factor. However it is determined by other internal factors that is different with each woman, much like any other issues women face medically, mentally, and physically throughout life.

The science behind female fertility is fairly exact as far as how a woman’s system works no matter what the contributing circumstances are. The basics are as follows. A woman is born with a finite amount of eggs.  Unlike men, once eggs are gone from a woman’s body, they are gone and more cannot be produced. However, that finite amount of eggs in most women is quite large. Typically, once a woman starts experiencing her monthly cycle, once every 28 to 32 days (for women that are regular) an egg is released into the fallopian tubes from the ovaries once it has matured. It sits in the tubes for 24 hours for potential fertilization from sperm. If it is fertilized, it travels to the uterus and implants in the lining. However, if it is not, it travels to the uterus and is dissolves, which allows the lining to be released as a period. Therefore, the woman is only fertile for about 24 hours, which usually occurs fourteen days into your cycle. If a woman is irregular, this process is not nearly as smooth or exact, but the same process will occur over a course of time that may vary for each cycle. Once a woman no longer has eggs to release, she begins menopause.

The theory involved in the process of fertility, according to the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists concede that fertility decreases between ages thirty-two and thirty-seven, however, this does not mean that women over the age of thirty-seven are no longer fertile. As a matter of fact, women through their forties actively trying to get pregnant only have a slightly lower success rate than women under thirty-five. However, it should be noted that if you are over the age of thirty-seven and actively trying to conceive for a period of a year with no luck, you should consult your doctor. You may require some assistance or have other underlying issues. It is important to note that there is no scientific evidence that using birth control such as the pill or the morning after pill, has any effect on fertility, no matter the age of the woman.

There are some issues that may affect women over thirty-five if they are trying to conceive. One issue is that as you age, depending again on how many eggs your body produced and your age when you began your cycles, you body will release eggs less frequently, as there are less to be released. Therefore, trying to conceive may be a longer process. Many fertility treatments for women are designed to help with this, whether it be invitro-fertlization or other treatments. The other issue may be related to the quality of your eggs. As you age, you eggs may be more fragile and unable to support a healthy pregnancy. This is the reason for the increase of Down’s syndrome and other health issues with babies born to older women. However, there are many supplements that can be taken by women over thirty-five that will aid in strengthening the eggs.

No matter your age, pregnancy is a wonderful and uncertain, sometimes scary time. Anything can go right and anything can go wrong. No two women are the same with their fertility issues or pregnancies, and even one woman can have different fertility and pregnancy experiences with each child she conceives. The most important thing is to speak with your doctor to understand your body and do not allow anyone unfamiliar with your body and health history to discourage you at any age, especially older than thirty-five.

Let’s not get it twisted in any way – as much as for the most part the goodwill of most people can be counted on to have them eventually doing their bit to honour their social responsibility to preserving the environment we live in, there’s a much higher rate of participation when there’s some kind of financial incentive involved. Consequently, it would probably help the cause if we pointed out a financially incentivised approach to what are otherwise regular, everyday ways through which individuals and organisations alike could do their bit.

Re-using and recycling to save money and to earn a bit of money

If ever there was a financial incentive tied to activities such as re-using and re-cycling what are otherwise readily disposable goods, it would be that of the opportunity to firstly save money (you have to buy less replacements when you re-use objects) and secondly, to earn a bit of money (you can sell recyclable materials such as waste paper and others to dealers).

Volunteering in return for brand awareness and marketing

Marketing exposure and the subsequent raising of brand awareness through the participation in volunteer work geared towards social responsibility effectively saves you money you would have otherwise had to spend directly on marketing. So instead of paying for something like an expensive billboard ad for example, your organisation could gain just as much exposure if not more through its feature in the news for having joined a team of volunteers that went out into the environment and did their bit to contribute to each of our social responsibility.

Patronage of manufacturers and services providers who reinvest in Social Responsibility R&D

This one is a no-brainer, but perhaps it takes a bit of an explicit manner in which to point it out so that it is properly understood, so I’ll do so with a real-world example. Manufacturers and retailers of products which are at the heart of social responsibility facilitation such as Glasdon should be prioritised to be patronised because buying from them means that you’re doing your bit to insure the money spent goes back into the Research and Development projects which will improve the products we use to keep our world clean and help save the environment with. It’s a simple decision you take to perhaps buy your litter bins from https://uk.glasdon.com/litter-bins over many of the other suppliers, for example.

ELIGIBILITY

When seniors are looking to get disability benefits the first thing they will need to know is the eligibility. It is important for them to know if they can qualify for disability benefits. In most cases anyone looking to get disability benefits will need to have a legitimate medical condition that prevents them from doing certain activities such as working and performing physical tasks This usually includes having conditions such as being crippled, blind, or having an injury which results in an amputated limb. Another part of the criteria includes being of a certain age. For seniors to qualify for disability benefits they will have to be at least 65 or older. Those seeking disability benefits will also need to be in a situation where they have no other sources of income and means of support.

APPLICATION PROCESS

Seniors who are looking to get disability benefits will need to go through an application process. During this process the senior citizen will need to fill out a number of papers as well as providing documentation that supports some of the information they state. An individual will need to provide information such as their name, age and the actual disability they have. They will then need to provide documentation from medical professionals that prove that they have an actual disability. Therefore seniors who are in need of disability benefits will need to apply for them in order to begin receiving these benefits in the near future.

TYPES OF BENEFITS

Once a senior citizen gets approved for disability benefits they will be able to start receiving them. One of the most common types of benefits that they can receive is financial compensation. They will get a certain amount of money per month to provide funds for things such as food, shelter, and other basic necessities. With these benefits they will have an easier time supporting themselves and having the means to survive. Seniors will usually get financial compensation that is comparable to the cost of living in their place of residence. Therefore if they were to live in a part of the United States that is very expensive they will usually get the maximum amount possible while getting lower compensation in less expensive areas.

USING LEGAL SERVICES TO GET BENEFITS

Senior citizens who are in need of disability benefits will want to consider using legal services such from firms such as Myler Disability. With a legal professional such as an attorney, seniors can get preliminary advice on how the application process works as well as determining if they are eligible for such benefits. A lawyer can also fill out and file the required documents in order to apply for the benefits. Therefore using a lawyer and legal services will be a very helpful option for seniors to make sure that they get their disability benefits in a timely manner.
